The Baer Pendant Light.
Sleek lines, suspended geometry — the Baer Pendant transforms a ceiling into a sculpture of light. Each white-glass globe sits at the end of a slender metal rod, arranged in radial or linear configurations from a compact 3-head accent to a 47″ statement bar. A contemporary focal point for dining tables, kitchen counters, and entryways.

Baer assembly guide
A short visual walkthrough — including how to connect the segmented rods at their screw joints. Watch this before unboxing to familiarize yourself with the assembly steps.
About the spliced rod design.
Light poles are spliced — by design.
To preserve the structural integrity of this fixture and prevent the long rods from bending or breaking during international transit, the Baer features a secure screw-joint design on its rods. This segmented assembly is a standard, intentional manufacturing feature — not a quality defect.
While the connection points may be visible up close during unboxing and assembly, they become significantly less noticeable once the fixture is fully installed and viewed from a standard distance, preserving its overall elegant aesthetic.
Important notes.

Each socket uses a G9 bi-pin bulb (LED or halogen). G9 is a small two-pin base — different from screw-base E26/E27. G9 buying guide →

Questions, answered.
What sizes does the Baer Pendant Light come in?
The Baer Pendant comes in four configurations:
3 heads at ∅ 3.9″ × H 29.5″ (10 × 75 cm) — a vertical compact accent for narrow spaces or alongside a stairwell.
4 heads at L 23.6″ × H 17.7″ (60 × 45 cm) — best for breakfast nooks and small dining tables.
6 heads (L 33.5″) at L 33.5″ × H 20.9″ (85 × 53 cm) — ideal for standard dining tables and kitchen islands.
6 heads (L 47.2″) at L 47.2″ × H 16.9″ (120 × 43 cm) — a statement-bar scale for long dining tables, hallways, and open-plan spaces.
Why does the Baer have spliced rods instead of one solid rod?
The spliced screw-joint rods are an intentional design feature, not a quality defect. Long single-piece rods are vulnerable to bending or breaking during international shipping, so the Baer's rods are manufactured in segments that screw together during installation. This protects the fixture during transit while preserving its sleek silhouette.
While the screw joints may be visible up close during unboxing and assembly, they become significantly less noticeable once the pendant is fully installed and viewed from a standard distance.
What kind of bulb does the Baer Pendant use?
Each socket uses a G9 bi-pin bulb (LED or halogen). G9 is a small two-pin base — different from the more common screw-base E26/E27. Bulbs are not included.
Bulb count by configuration: 3 bulbs (3-head) · 4 bulbs (4-head) · 6 bulbs (both 6-head versions). See our G9/G4 buying guide for compatibility details.
How is the Baer Pendant installed?
The Baer is ceiling-mounted via a standard junction box and connects to a common wall switch (not included). Installation involves screwing together the segmented rod sections before mounting — see the assembly video on this page or the size-specific installation PDF in the Downloads section.
For larger configurations (6-head L 47.2″ in particular), we recommend two people for installation. The included 150 cm / 59″ cable is extendable on request for high or vaulted ceilings.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Lia offers a 30-day return policy on undamaged items in their original packaging. The spliced screw-joint rod design is an intentional manufacturing feature — visible joints on the rods are not eligible for return as defects.
